2. Program Book Messages
   A program book for the night will be created and distributed to all guests. Messages and well wishes from family, friends, and businesses will be included.
   The cost will be as follows:
   

   Full Page (5 X 7.75"): $500.	1/4 Page (2.375 X 3.75"): $125.
   1/2 Page (5X4'): $250.	1/8 Page (2.375X 1.875"): $75.
   In Memorial: $25.
